Katrina’s love for dance started at age 3 at Dance Extensions Performing Art Center where she danced competitively and recreationally for 15 years. She then went on to The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C where she majored in psychology and minored in theology. It was there that she became a member of the student run dance company, Pure Alignment, and would eventually become the company’s director her senior year. Her experience in dance ranges from classical ballet to hip-hop and acrobatics. Katrina also taught at SKM dance studio for 4 years, specializing in jazz and acro. Katrina is excited to begin this new chapter of dance at the Washington Dance Center and looks forward to dancing with you all!
