Chelsea Contino Eicher
Preschool & Musical Theatre

Chelsea began dancing at the age of 12 at the Sandra K. Mesler Dance Studio in Washington, PA, taking classes in ballet, lyrical, jazz, musical theater, and tap. She went on to attend Allegheny College, where she participated in the student-run Orchesis Dance Company, performing musical theater, contemporary, and hip-hop pieces as part of its annual recital. Additionally, she spent 1 year on the Allegheny College Dance Team, which focused on hip-hop dance. She also participated in many courses on modern and contemporary dance and performed in several concerts as part of the Allegheny College Dance Department. She graduated with a degree in Communication Arts and a minor in Psychology. Chelsea also takes ballroom dance lessons with her husband, Justin, studying styles such as Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Chacha, Rumba, and Swing, and performing at local Arthur Murray showcase events. In 2022, she also began performing in local productions with Washington Community Theatre, appearing in shows such as A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Gymnasia) and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Friend). When she’s not dancing or on the stage, Chelsea works in nonprofit Communications.
